Using a Dictionary: Definitions 1
Some words have more than one meaning. In the dictionary, the different meanings will be numbered.
You’ll find dictionary definitions in a box over each set of sentences. Write the number of the definition that matches the word’s use in each sentence. Use the first item as an example.
