R ETUR N S Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Please include your the original packing slip or invoice with the returned items indicated. All items must be returned unopened, unused and it’s original packaging. The buyer’s CC on file will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Upon receipt of the product it will be inspected and a refund will be issued. If your items arrive damaged please let us know within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please also include the Names and Quantity of the damaged items. Damaged items will be replaced with the same items undamaged.

B AC KO R DER S We try to keep a healthy stock on hand but products may occasionally be out of stock. We will notify you if an item you have ordered is out of stock. We will ship all in stock items from your order within the standard turnaround time and will ship all backordered items once they are back in stock. Backordered items will be invoiced at the same time as the original order.
