Preface

家，是所有人的避風港。一間完美住宅，必須要合理美觀的設計、高品質的施工、健康的建材、三者搭配，缺一不可。基礎不牢，地動山搖，要達成社會經濟健康，能夠住的起房、住的好、住的安心，這是需要公部門與私部門一起努力的。樂居至執業以來，已協助許多消費者認識建材與施工，甚至也為消費者推薦可以信賴的設計師。透過樂居，無數的消費者達成完美的裝修經驗。然而，經過多年經驗累積，我們決定推出這本樂居型錄，精選十大設計師，輔以建材介紹，讓讀者對室內裝修可以有更近一步的了解。

此外，我們也致力於推廣社會公益，今年我司就派駐一位同仁赴泰國北邊，進行公益活動。協助泰國的小朋友學習。另外我們也積極參加公益組織，也派人參加國際扶輪社，主動參與公益活動。樂居是一間年輕有活力的企業，目前合作的建材供應國家包含中國、美國、日本、韓國、印尼、馬來西亞、印度、西班牙、義大利、葡萄牙、越南、新加坡、俄羅斯、斯里蘭卡。同時我們也是台灣唯一達成”O2O”線下展間服務與線上展示服務的建材公司。謝謝大家。 Home is the sanctuary for all. A perfect house is made up of three indispensable parts: aesthetically pleasing design, high quality construction and healthy building materials. Housing is crucial to a country’s harmony and stability. It takes joint efforts from the public and private sectors to provide superb, green yet affordable housing for the general public. Since our incorporation, Large has been dedicated to making building materials and construction more familiar to consumers. We also recommend reliable interior designers to our consumers. The diverse services we provide have allowed numerous customers to have their satisfying home décor experience. With our years of experience in the industry, we are pleased to launch this “Large” catalogue, which covers ten featured designers along with the introduction of building materials. We hope this catalogue can let customers have a better understanding of interior decoration. In addition to our dedication to the industry, we have been participating in much charity work. This year, one of our staff members volunteered to head for Northern Thailand for a charitable cause―underprivileged children were helped with learning. We are also making an active presence in many nonprofit or service organizations including Rotary International to promote social welfare. Large is a promising and vibrant company. Presently, we work with building material suppliers from the four corners of the world including China, the U.S.A., Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Russia, Spain, Italy and Portugal. 工一設計是由三位設計師好友共同創立，經過多年業界的陶冶，累積豐富的專業涵養，打造而成年輕且經驗豐富的團隊組合。其室內設計作品強調材質本身自然質感及精準的比例處理，透過與周遭環境的互動，經由流動的空氣與光線潤飾空間，以量身打造為每位使用者創造獨一無二的專屬風格，將工學與美學合而為一。

Three designers as well as close friends co-founded One Work Design. We are a young, but experienced team with years of experience in the industry. Our design features the true character of the materials, scale and proportion and interaction with the surroundings by introducing air and light. We integrate aesthetics and engineering to provide tailor-made design for our clients.

About Us We drew inspiration for our name from Beatrice, the medieval Italian poet Dante’s muse for his masterpiece Divine Comedy. We named our firm after such exquisitely beautiful lady for not only her association with artistic creation but her embodiment of beauty itself. With such name, we expect ourselves to break the mold, always daring to try something new. We aspire to be in constant pursuit of excellence and innovation.

Composing the Harmonious Rhythm of Urban Space "Many imaginations and memories of the land are absorbed into the alternation between the new and the past, and await to be interwoven into the new encounters of those who have remained and sculptured into the pillars of local sentiments." Under the light and shadow, the furnishings in the lobby harmoniously echoes the facade while the marble adorns the layers of space. The simple ceiling design dialogue companionably and easily with the lively blue green tone, and modernity and calmness meld to highlight their respective charm. Through line and surface ratio, the visual and dynamic lines of the lobby are extended to boast the comfort and polish of a business hotel.
