COFFEE? MAKE IT RIGHT! Filter coffee can help fight type 2 Diabetes, studies show

There has been extensive research into whether consuming coffee (caffeine) is safe for those with type 2 Diabetes as well as whether or not coffee could help prevent Diabetes. Coffee contains different chemicals, some of which have beneficial effects whereas others can have an adverse impact, such as caffeine which can impair insulin in a short period.

Researchers have found that coffee can help reduce the risk of developing type 2 Diabetes - but only filtered coffee, and not boiled coffee.
