June Bloom: A Progressive Garden Party

IIn 2021, the pandemic prevented us from executing a traditional Showcase House of Design, so PSHA pivoted and created a one-day outdoor progressive garden party on June 19 called June Bloom. Three beautiful properties in the heart of La Cañada-Flintridge—a 1917 Mediterranean villa, a 1921 traditional colonial home, and a 1926 country German estate— opened their gates to 2,000 visitors for shopping, live music, floral demonstrations, food and wine, and docent-led garden tours.

Visitors were able to enjoy the day’s festivities and gardens at their own pace or join scheduled tours. Catering was provided by Roe Fusion, a highend Japanese sushi and steakhouse restaurant in Sierra Madre. Featured purveyors at the Shops included Designer Sterling, Green & Bisque Clayhouse, Herban Body Care, Jacqueline B Clothing, JP Designs, Laurie Jo Designs, Lavender Blue, M&C Collective, Paco Soler, Susie O’s, The Treasured Accessory, and Veronica’s Garden. June Bloom was a huge success.

PSHA RAISED OVER $200,000 THROUGH THIS ONE-DAY EVENT.
