French writer Jules Verne that was first published in 1873 and is one of Verne’s most acclaimed works.

2. The lead character Phileas Fogg of London attempts to circumnavigate the world in 80 days with his French valet Passepartout on a £20,000 wager (roughly £2 million today).

3. Fogg and Passepartout start their epic journey as passengers on the Orient Express train.
