Testimonials My career with MAPECON started in 1994 when I met a MAPECON service technician while on duty as a security guard in Makati. I asked him if there is a job opening at MAPECON and he said yes. So I went to MAPECON head office, applied as a service technician and was fortunately hired. As a service technician, I learned all the different services offered by MAPECON, got familiar with the products and their features. These became an advantage when, after three months, I was transferred to the Marketing Department where I was trained as a Junior Account Executive. Perseverance and hard work, combined with my background in Entomology as a graduate of Agriculture led to my promotion as Senior Account Executive. I become a member of the Millionaires’ Club, was awarded a trip to the branch twice, a trip to Boracay and other incentives. In 2000, I was given a break as Area Manager – Area West. This is where I learned how to handle not just accounts but people as well. It was also then when Mr. Jun Catan offered me the joint venture in Cavite. As preparation for this big step, I was assigned as manager of the branch in Bacolod. I stayed there for eight months, learning the ins and outs of the branch operation.
