THE LANDMARK WAY

A Landmark Tours vacation is thoroughly-planned, very inclusive, and well-paced. With 40 years of tour planning experience, we focus on the details so you can relax and enjoy your time away from home.

EXPERIENCE NORTH AMERICA

DINING

Our classic North American itineraries pair the “must-sees” of each region with enriching cultural elements. We are committed to ensuring that our guests truly experience each destination. Instead of a quick drive through the Redwood Forest, stop and take a 45 minute walk through the woods. Enjoy a private traditional Maine lobster-bake in a home where three generations of family prepare and serve our meal. Learn about the Sugarin’ business when visiting a 200-yearold, family-run Maple Farm. Our depth of planning provides exceptional experiences that will create satisfied guests and long-lasting memories.

Dining is a main ingredient of a memorable vacation and is as carefully choreographed as our tour routing. Meals that highlight the local culture and cuisine provide an enriching experience. Enjoy dinner in a rooftop restaurant overlooking Calgary, fresh salmon on a Lake Washington cruise, lunch in a Dome Car on the Royal Gorge Railroad, or try your hand preparing Cajun Cuisine at the New Orleans School of Cooking.

PROFESSIONAL TOUR MANAGERS Tour Managers are a critical component in a well-planned program and are as important as any other part of your trip. Our professional Tour Managers are passionate about the people, the places, and the experiences they help deliver. We carefully select our Tour Management team, looking for the qualities that cannot be taught. They are well-trained and empowered to do what’s necessary to ensure rewarding travel memories for all of your clients.

INCLUSIVE VALUE To avoid the unpleasant surprise caused by hidden costs or the sale of optional activities, we choose to be inclusive when designing our tour programs. Your guests know upfront what their vacation experience will cost. This transparency is one of the ways we strengthen the relationship between you and your travelers.

QUALITY ACCOMMODATIONS Your group will rest and relax in comfort while traveling with Landmark Tours. We select each hotel with a focus on amenities, comfort, and location, utilizing an array of national brand, boutique, and historical properties. Unlike many companies, we’re proud to list the accommodations we use in each of our itineraries. Call 888-231-8735 or visit www.landmark-tours.com

HERE FOR YOU

The Group Travel experience doesn’t start on the day of departure. The Landmark Tours team is close by before, during, and after your trip. Whether consulting on trip choice, conducting an in-person presentation for your group, or delivering Travel Documents, our partnership support goes beyond just travel dates. Our team is responsive, open-minded, and flexible.

3 WAYS TO PARTNER: YOU CHOOSE Group travel programs vary in strength to attract participants. Some travel leaders maintain waiting lists, while others worry about reaching minimum numbers. We can remove the concern over group minimums. Our partnering options offer a successful approach for all group dynamics.

It’s our responsibity to ensure your group has the travel experience they desire. During the planning process we invite your input on such items as hotels, attractions, meals, routing, or special events, giving you greater control over the outcome of your group’s vacation.

Exclusive Group Departure Some well-established groups aren’t concerned about reaching minimum numbers. For those programs, complete customization is possible.

YOUR MARKETING PARTNER

Shared Group Departure The pressure to sell is minimized when likeminded programs share a tour departure. Perhaps you already know of the perfect partnering group. If not, let us introduce you to a potential partner. Landmark Departure Book as many or as few seats as you’d like on one of our scheduled Landmark Departures. With this option, our local network of individual customers provides the foundation for your trip.

5

FLEXIBILITY

We’re here to help reach your travelers through all available channels. Whether it’s customized print, electronic media, or presentations, our creative team provides what you need based on your valuable input.

WORRY-FREE GUEST PROTECTION Peace of mind should accompany a quality travel experience. Our Cancellation Waiver allows your group members to cancel for any reason. Combined with Post Departure insurance benefits, our Guest Protection Plan provides valuable comfort before and during your trip.
