We aim to make the first impression count. We also aim for good quality products, meticulous attention to detail and timeless designs.

With this mindset we furnish and stage properties – transforming them into beautiful show homes, designed specifically for the target market, for the purpose of maximising interest from potential buyers.

Residential Property Staging

CASE STUDY

Development: Castle Lane, Westminster, London SW1E 6DR.

This luxury boutique development completed in September 2018 comprises of 28 apartments and 3 townhouses.

Sale Price: The price of each unit is between £970k and £3m.

Staging Costs: Using expertise in space planning and the less is more strategy, Landmass staged the units for under £30k each. This gave the developers a 50% saving from their previous £60k budget.

Results: No apartments were sold for over a year before Landmass was instructed.

Now only 1 unit remains on the market.

The Team

Claudia uses her design expertise to evaluate space and design possibilities. Staying ahead of trends, Claudia is constantly on the lookout for new innovative space while creating beautiful bespoke designs.

With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate market Alan has a wealth of knowledge at his fingertips. In an ever-shifting market, Alan focuses on a proactive approach to ensure he stays ahead of the curve in understanding both the market and needs of the buyer. Creating added-value, where others can’t see it, is at the foremost of his projects, enabling him to achieve record prices on Landmass developments.

Rory’s entire working life has been in property and for the last 15 years he has been a professional project Manager dealing with a variety of schemes of varying shapes, sizes and complexities. A large amount of the projects have been high end residential schemes for private clients and developers. Teamwork is the key to the success of any project and Rory ensures that the teams function properly and the best outcome is achieved for the client.
