FORM VI ETHICS, SERVICE, AND LEADERSHIP CAPSTONE PROGRAM The Form VI Ethics, Service & Leadership Capstone Program provides students opportunities to engage in meaningful programming that focuses on service projects and/ or develops solutions to societal problems at the conclusion of their senior year. The Program culminates in a weeklong series of events that celebrates the seminal student relationships prior to graduation ceremonies. Graduates will be provided internship opportunities following Commencement through the Landon Alumni Association. Members of the Class of 2021 will hear about details for how they will fulfill this graduation requirement in the winter of their senior year.
