Form VI Ethics, Service, and Leadership Capstone Program
The Form VI Ethics, Service & Leadership Capstone Program provides students opportunities to engage in meaningful programming that focus on service projects and/or develops solutions to societal problems at the conclusion of their senior year.
The Director of Ethics, Service, and Leadership, in consultation with the Department Chairs and the Upper School Head develops and delivers projects that fulfill the following criteria: 1. Meaningful 2. Capstone 3. Service Component, and 4. Address a problem. Students will engage in service opportunities that include Civic Leadership, Environmental Stewardship, One Landon community mentoring, Social Justice, Youth/Peer Mentoring, and Service. The Program culminates in a weeklong series of events that celebrates the seminal student relationships prior to graduation ceremonies. Graduates will be provided internship opportunities following Commencement through the Landon Alumni Association.
