3-Dimensional Disinfection The CleanCube turbine air stream creates a constant circulation of swirled air within the room. With its special staggered vortex nozzle the disinfection liquid is atomized into particles of approx. 3 microns, thus leading to an extremely high disinfecting density in the air and on all surfaces and hence a better, faster and more effective distribution of the disinfectant is achieved. All surfaces are reached and none is missed out or “forgotten�, e.g. also surfaces below tables, the computer keyboard, the light switch, the door handles or the electric wires, this to mention just a few.

Best in Class CleanCube devices and CleanLine disinfectants were carefully developed for each other, thus optimising efficiency and leading to «BEST IN CLASS» results. With this product combination, the prestigious independent institute EMPA/Swissatest certifies a bacteria reduction of 99.999% on the contaminated surfaces (> 5 log 10-step). Different Models Meeting Individual Requirements
A range of devices is offered to meet different needs.
The entry model CleanCube mini is a compact, small sized nebulizer with a great performance. Lowly priced, light and very handy, it is equipped with a timer control. It is similar in function to the compressor based devices already in the market.

The larger CleanCube classic calculates automatically the disinfection time based on the set room size and chosen concentration of disinfectant. It has a separate, precise dosing pump for the disinfection liquid and a high rev turbine blower to create massive airflow. With its staggered vortex nozzle smallest disinfection particles are nebulized and swirled all around the room.
The top-of-the-range CleanCube pro is the model aimed at professionals. Equipped with a colour touch-screen control, it allows to program (and preprogram) size(s) of the room(s), desired concentration of disinfectant, timing control (hour/day of week), staggered disinfection, etc. It monitors and records parameters such as humidity of air, room temperature, disinfection time and nebulized liquid quantity, etc. Ideal for quality management as all disinfection procedures can be documented, both, either electronically or through a printer.

Compact, Light Weight and Easy to Transport CleanCubes are substantially smaller and weight considerably less than many devices currently in the market. Thanks to their compact sizes they can be transported without difficulty even in small car boots. The devices are robust, stable and will not slip, thanks to their broad surface area and rubber feet.
Versatility The multidirectional Gun is 360° movable, thus enabling spraying in the desired direction without having to move the device (for CC classic and pro).
For very large rooms, e.g. between 1’200 and 2’000 m3, it is possible to connect 4 devices in series. The devices can be either controlled by their timer or their remote controls (for CC classic and pro).
A 2-metre long hose extension (Tube&Gun) allows the disinfection of heavily intoxicated areas in the room (wearing full protection equipment!) but applicable also for tank systems, pipes or ventilation systems, without the need to enter these directly (for CC classic and pro). Connection flange to plug-in T&G available.
Remote control allows to initiate or stop device during nebulisation process without entering the room. This is particularly useful when changes of planning occur and disinfection process has to be interrupted. (for CC classic and pro)

Efficiency & Effectiveness Thanks to the combination of a most precise peristaltic pump (dosing exactly the desired disinfectant output), advanced turbine blower technology (for extremely powerful and constant air-stream) and a specially staggered vortex nozzle (for swirling the jet-stream), the following is achieved:

Very small particles of a size of approx. only 3 microns are nebulized, thus increasing substantially the surface contact, attacking bacteria membranes exponentially.

Finer atomisation and a faster fogging prevent the damp build-up of mist. Due to the constant and fast air-stream a dry and barely visible fog is produced with increased particle density, thus achieving the improved disinfection of the air.

The Turbine/Vortex-Nozzle technology prevents the precipitation of the active solution directly in front of the device (puddle formation), especially in rooms with high levels of humidity (common problem of devices with compressors). Further, no problems / break-downs with clogged nozzles will occur. The powerful airstream carries particles of active solution as far as 20 meters and therefore the device is able to disinfect even very large rooms thanks to the triggered constant movement of air (for CleanCube classic and pro).

The massive turbine air stream creates a constant circulation of air within the room and distributes the disinfectant much further, better and faster around the room. Long rooms or those with corners, edges and angles can therefore be disinfected much effectively and more reliably. This, without forgetting that the swirling mist will also enter all crannies, gaps and and fissures inside a room.

The dosing quantity (ml per m3) can be programmed individually (for CleanCube classic and pro), according to specific needs. This allows that the desired concentration level of active solution per cubic meter can be exactly adapted in order to meet the disinfection requirements best.

Fast, powerful and safe treatment. Reduction of working time as only pre-cleaning protocol as defined by the respective healthcare facility has to be applied. No post-treatment or rinsing of surfaces are needed as disinfectant does not leave residues. No long waiting times are required.
