CleanCubes - Product Range Designed, engineered and manufactured in Switzerland, our indoor nebulization devices are made out of robust aluminium and galvanised premium steel having the highest level of corrosion resistance. An extremely powerful and constant airstream, generated by a combination of advanced turbine blower technology and a specially staggered vortex nozzle for swirling jet-stream, atomizes the hydrogen peroxide disinfectant into tiniest particles of only approx. 3 microns. These ultrafine droplets are distributed everywhere within a room thanks to a constant airflow. They reach all surfaces and none will be left out, not even the ones which are most difficult to access, including gaps, cracks and corners. As the particles of the nebulized fine mist are extremely tiny, they increase substantially the surface contact, attacking bacteria membranes exponentially. This nebulization process will normally take just a few minutes for a standard room. After a short waiting time to allow for all particles in the air to settle down and to impact on the micro-organisms inside the room, the latter can safely be entered again, no rinsing or post-cleaning is needed. This method proves to be successful to fight against resistant micro-organisms such as MRSA and nosocomial infections, thus achieving a reliable, flawless, time and cost-saving air and surface decontamination. 3 different CE-Certified CleanCube models cover the diverse customer needs:

Very easy to use with LED + Key Control. Just input the running time according to the table, press start and leave the room. Loud acoustic signals will be heard and 20 seconds later the device runs. The jet-stream is up to 8-12 m and room volumes of up to 160 m3 are treated.

Automatic calculation of disinfection time based on set room size and chosen concentration of disinfectant. Acoustic as well as visual signals prevent from being in the room during operation time. A larger tank and a separate, precise liquid dosing pump allows treatment of larger rooms up to 600 m3. The spray gun with a reach in beam direction of up to 20 m, can be rotated by 360° or removed and added to an extension tube (option) for disinfection of air conducts. A remote control to on/off the device is included as well.

We are proud to have this top-of-therange model, yet of excellent value for money. Besides all technical features of the CleanCube classic, it has sensors to monitor air humidity and temperature, liquid level, etc. The data is automatically transmitted to the automatic dosing calculator. The device is controlled by a colour touch-screen, LAN und USB connections are provided. Detailed data is recorded and can be printed (printer optional) or stored in the Facility’s quality management system.
