Benefits of LC2LC Partnership
Timeline Synchronization
One of main problems during Matching process is timeline synchronization. Each projects and EPs available date has different timeline. These differences caused low matching rate both for OGX Department Home Country and ICX Department Hosting Country. Through LC2LC Partnership, the timeline problem can be avoided. Home country and Hosting country can collaborate and discuss the availability of the EPs & projects.
Faster Matching. Match! Match! Match! The big M that gives worries in every exchanger department. Matching has the highest rate of uncertainty during the Ra-Ma-Re process. It takes a long time to get a response. There are several disadvantages from the long duration of matching process such as : an EP break-raise, expired TNs, unachieved targets (both for Hosting Countries & Home Countries). Through LC2LC Partnership a match can be done faster & target can be achieved
Ensuring Quality & Development In AIESEC, we can develop ourselves by developing others. Through LC2LC Partnership, both home LC & hosting LC can ensure the quality of both EPs development & project. With good quality delivered both home LC & hosting LC can improve & maintain NPS score.

chang Participan Preparation Here in AIESEC Surabaya, we are highly concerned in EPs preparation. In order to deliver high quality experience both for our EPs & our partners, we take On-going Preparation Seminar (OPS) to prepare our EPs for realization seriously. The OPS consists of :
CULTURE SHOCK Taking part in a project overseas with different culture & various background of people can be stressful for some people. At the OPS, we explain to our EPs about culture shock & how to overcome their shock during the realization.
Sharing Sessions with EP Returnees Julius Caesar once said “Experience is the teacher of all things, the same thing goes in our EP prepatation. To prepare our on-going EPs, we hold sharing-sessions with EP Returnees to share their previous volunteering experience in order to motivate & educate the on-going EPs.

Expectation Setting on Living Condition We all know things can go complete opposite from our expectations, including living condition during realization. Expecting too much can affect EPs experience, it may also affect the project. We set our EPs expectation “just right” in order to prepare them for the reality.
Personal Goal SETTINGS
People who take part in GCDP program will expect personal development during their internship. In order to achieve their development, we will help them in setting their personal goal for the internships.
Logistical Preparation We will make sure that our EPs will have documents needed (e.g. visa, roundtrip flight tickets) to travel. Global Village, Class presentation, etc are part of EPs job description, we will make sure that they prepare well for their internships.
