Open Space (Overpass)

East Gate of Station The station has an elevated public space concept, where the station is connected by overpass and prioritizes the concept of open space to provide good experience for the train users. The east entrance of the station is located at the bottom of the Jakarta - Serpong toll road. The existence of entrance on both sides of the station aims to spread of passenger buildup so that there is no congestion on one side of the station.

Public Space Activation

West Bus Stop Public Space

The region's main problems are irregular road structures, such as unstrcutured turning directions. Then the solution is build a roundabout with enough radius for maneuvering large vehicles such as buses and truck.

Roundabout plans are located below Jakarta-Serpong toll road. Besides that, this roundabout is also equipped with public transport stops and Small Micro Medium Enterprises (UMKM)as a attractive public space .

Public Space Activation

East Bus Stop Public Space The bust stop concept is utilizing residual space in under the toll bridge through wide pedestrian paths. making lay bay for bus stops so the other vehicle activities is not disrupted, and improving the quality of signage

Activities that occur at existing condition look no attractive and has a dark impression. So the bicycle lane is connected to the bus stops and pedestrian lanes to improve its attractiveness. The bicycle paths has 2 lines on the right and left of the road. The bicycle lane is marked by giving green on the bike lane and symbol.

A transect from rural-to-urban continuum in Lasem Rembang

Transect planning is an approach which aims to create an immersive environment to solve a urban sprawl and integrate rural-to-urban continuum by promoting sustainable urban form and providing the logical pattern of development from rural to urban, vice versa. The goal of this research is to identify the transect from rural-to-urban continuum in Lasem by identify elements of urban form such as density, land use, building function, building layout (height building conď€ guration), & transportation infrastructure. This research is analysed by scoring process and spatial analysis based on GIS.

Urban Form Analysis The method of this research uses scoring analysis method and spatial analysis with Geographic Information System (GIS), ArcGIS 3.10 software. The scoring method is used by giving score to each elements of urban form that presernt the characteristic of six transect zones and special district, such as: T1 T2 T3 T4 T5 T6 SD
