Your agent helps you to fill out an application form outlining your requirements regarding time constraints, any add-on options, and total cost allocation.

After reviewing your application, we send out one or more experts to perform a complete home assessment and inspection.

We send your agent the Market Analysis Report, Design Plan, and Cost & Work Plan specifically tailored for your property.

Your agent will hold a discussion with you regarding the materials we’ve sent. After you have approved and signed the contract, we will start work immediately.

We will renovate, stage, and perform all other works according to the time schedule defined in the agreement.

Your agent will then help you sell your newly renovated home. After your closing date, you’ll make payments to us as agreed upon.

Pricing Here's an example showing the basic pricing plan.
After a thorough assessment of your home, let's say the cost of renovation, staging and everything else in our all-inclusive care package is $30,000 including taxes.
After you've sold, and on the closing date, you’ll have to pay us back, including all taxes, $35000 plus a flat fee of $1500 (administration and financing) regardless of how long it takes to sell your home. That’s all. No hidden charges or surprises.

The Fine Print
So what’s the catch? The only real problem is when homeowners decide not to sell after we've started work. We want to be open about it, if you're not confident about selling your home, our service isn't for you.
The moment you decide to not sell, and we have started work, there is going to be a charge for backing out of the deal and you're going to have to pay for all the work that has been done to date. If you can't afford it, we'll give you some time to arrange for a 2nd mortgage, loans or a line of credit. We strongly discourage homeowners who are not decisive about selling their home. Aside from that, we give plenty of time for you to list your home on MLS, do open houses and etc.
