Founded in 1989 by Marianne Williamson and a group of volunteers to provide food to those combating the effects of HIV / AIDS. Project Angel Food continues to serve the critically ill, providing more than 2,000 free meals per day, along with love and support, to men and women battling cancer, kidney failure, diabetes, congestive heart disease and other illnesses, and their dependent children.
