A state program that provides FREE telecommunication devices, such as amplified and captioned phones, wireless/mobile devices, ring signalers, and amplified tools, as well as specialized equipment to qualified deaf, hard of hearing, and deafblind. Provides reconditioned hearing aids at a low-cost to approved applicants. Also provides help with repair. Approved applicants will be billed on a sliding fee scale based on income.
