Use online learning programs to make you more innovative Today innovation is no longer a “nice to have” it´s a “must have” if your organization is going to be able to stay ahead in the increasing competition. This is something every CEO will agree with. But how to increase you innovation capabilities? The good news is that this is a skill that can be learned, just like any other discipline. A common misconception today is that innovators are innately creative people and that this is something that you either have or not.
