HOW TO PREPARE YOUR BOBA For every 1/4 cup of dried boba, you need 2 cups of water. Add the boba to boiling water on high heat, stir gently until they float to the top. Cook the boba for 12-15 minutes on medium heat. Let the pearls sit for another 12-15 minutes.
SUGAR SYRUP FOR THE BOBA Used to sweeten and preserve the boba once cooked. Boil 1/2 cup of water over high heat. Remove from heat after boiled and stir in 1/2 cup of sugar until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
