Plan details From now until August 31, 2025, membershipswillhaveaconstantmonthly increase of $10,000 MXN until reaching the value of $405,000 MXN. After said period, the membership will have a value of$25,000USD. From now on, memberships may be transferable. Active members, if they wish, may request anadditionalmembership. The membership plan consists of three main points: 1. memberswhoacquiremembershipthroughtheclub untilAugust31,2025,willbeabletoenjoythebenefitofreceivinganadditional membership,aswellasbeingabletotransferit. Fromnowcurrentmembersmayrequestiftheywish,anadditionalmembershipatno cost. Activememberswillnowbeabletotransfertheircurrentmembershipaswellas additionalmembership. Inordertotransfermembership,youmustbeuptodatewiththemaintenancefeesand coveratransfercontributionbythenewmember. Memberswhotransfertheirmembershipcouldhavearecoveryoftheirinvestment throughthemarginbetweenthevalueofthemembershipandthetransfer contribution.

Ifthememberwhorequestedanadditional membershiphasnottransferredit,the memberwillbeabletokeepitbypaying themaintenancefee.Inotherwords,you mustcoverthemaintenanceofyour membershipandtheadditionalone.
Ifthememberdoesnotwanttocoverthe doublemaintenance,themembercan dispensewiththeadditional membershipbynotifyingthe administrator.
