What does it mean to be a Zeta Leader?

The wonderful thing about leadership is that the skills you acquired in your professional life are transferrable to leading in Zeta. The same joy that I received in my professional life from seeing others connected to my team grow in their development, is the same joy that I receive with Zeta. There is a difference; while I do not receive monetary reward from leading in Zeta, I do receive tremendous joy and satisfaction in seeing the growth in my wonderful and beloved sisters. There is nothing like true sisterhood!!
