What does it mean to be a Zeta Leader?

It’s a rewarding experience fostering an environment where you are building up one another. Being a Zeta Leader is all about your actions, not your position as a leader. Being a Zeta Leader is understanding that you are a servant, and that you are not to be served. Being a Zeta Leader means spreading the passion for what you do, inspiring others to do, bringing out of your Sorors the ability to be of their full self as we serve. Being a Zeta Leader is understanding that you don’t know it all or have all the answers. Being a Zeta Leader, you are always Learning. Being a Zeta Leader, you must always be listening, if no one is talking then you’re not leading. Being a Zeta Leader is not a popularity contest, its about the impact that you make, without the backing of your Sorors, who are you leading.
