"Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less." - John Maxwell As a leader or team member, our attitudes impact everyone around us. Being purposeful about our attitudes is one of the best ways to set the tone for our chapter meetings, community service activities or any number of situations. That’s because people will migrate towards that attitude; whether it’s positive or negative. As leaders, we have the opportunity to influence others through our words, actions, and attitude. But we must always ask the question, who are we influencing, and who is influencing you.
