SUNRISE SHOWER SCREEN

The sunrise glass wall is handmade. The wonderful design glass wall combines light, transparency and the diversity of the glass surface. The award-winning designers Saana and Olli have been inspired by the beauty of the ancient island landscape channeled into a graphic form, the starting point of the design has been to play with different textures and reflections through the glass surface.

Antique mirrors add a touch of elegance to the room and they give the space a unique character. With the more textured look of the antique mirrors the space has more interest and depth to it. SIRUA LIGHT FIXTURE

The Sirua light fixture is made of recycled glass by hand. It is a wonderful eye-catcher in your interior. It can be installed both on the ceiling and on the wall.

We have designed Sirua in collaboration with Tapio Anttila. In Sirua elegance and ecology are combined together. The crushed and fused glass is like a sparkling spring icicle.

THE STORY CONTINUES

Recycled glass can be used in versatile ways in interior design. You can create more glistening and lively surfaces or more smooth and matt ones. Recycled glass comes alive when paired together with light.

The glass itself is an ecological material, and it can be used several times. With recycled glass, you can revive even old furniture. Recycled glass in the interior is not only an ecological, but it is also really beautiful and timeless.

Our recycled products are made from leftover glass from our own production. In Finland we have also been able to reuse customers own old glasses in bespoke solution.

Our company’s own glass excess is washed, crushed, sifted and remelted into glass sheets or designed products that can be used versatile in interior design e.g. tiles, back plash in the kitchen space, glass tabletops, mirror frames, relief-like works and light fixtures.

What is unique about recycled glass is the individuality and dignity of the craft. By choosing a recycled glass product, you are choosing a beautiful and impressive appearance alongside being ecological.

Note. Recycled glass cannot be tempered into safety glass. Depending on the solutions sometimes there is a possibility to use recycled glass due to its overall thickness or combine a smooth basic tempered glass with it.

HOW TO USE ARTISAN GLASSES IN YOUR INTERIOR PROJECT

Artisan glasses -made according to measurements

Choose a basic pattern from our collection or modify the basic pattern to suit your design. You can also design your own patterns or we can design some pattern/picture for you

Use the chosen artisan glass pattern, glass thickness, color of the glass and if there is any customization’s you might need. We only provide the glass / glasses according to your details and measurements so that you can use otherwise your own partners locally in your project.

We will make the artisan glasses in the size you need (maximum size of one sheet is 1450 x 2450 mm). Glass thicknesses vary 4/6/8/10/12 mm depending on the color of the artisan glass, check details from p. 10-14. Artisan glasses are always tempered to safety glass for durability and safety. If needed we can do the machining for hinges, pulls and other attachments. All the artisan glasses are always gloss edge grinded for durability and beauty.

We can offer you a variety of glass solutions with different kind of profiles and attachments varying from glass walls, partitions, glass doors, pocket doors, shower screens, front glasses to bar desk or reception, floating glass elements, furniture, and much more. Looking for a partner to provide a turnkey glazing project? We have partners in varying fields of expertise such as metal, aluminium, wood, upholstery and furniture. Just contact us and lets go through your wish list together and we will help you with the design and production process.

DON’T WANT OUR BASIC PATTERN

Designed by you

If you have a unique design ready for us e.g. as a PDF-file, where you have made your own pattern or picture or design of a furniture, or an inspirational picture, just send it to us and we will start the process by giving you a quote firstly. When the quote has been accepted the following will happen.

1. Customer delivers us the design and our team looks through it and checks if there is any changes that need to be made in order for the work to be successful.

2. We will make a smaller prototype or a test of the design.

3. The test is evaluated and the needed changes to be made to the final design (note! only one test is included in the quotes, additional ones will be charged according to a separate agreement).

4. The mold is made for the glass / product.

5. The mold is burned and cooled and after that the glass is being fused to the mold.

6. When the glass is ready it is then cleaned and processed accordingly.If needed we can do the machining for hinges, pulls and other attachments. All the artisan glasses are always gloss edge grinded for durability and beauty.

7. The glass is sent to tempered to safety glass or other further processing according to the design.

8. When the artisan glass /glasses are ready, they will be assembled and finished up if needed.

9. The final product is sent to the customer.

Designed by us

Want something unique and suitable for your project? Let’s have a meeting and discuss your wishes. You don’t always have to have a inspirational picture, you can have an idea of a theme or vision that we will put together with you. Our master artisan will design something for your projects that suites the overall design and your wishes. Usually, the offer includes two design rounds, extra designs are charged separately according to mutual agreement. Otherwise, the process is the same as described above.

CUSTOMIZING

All of our products can be customized according to your measurements.

The artisan glasses are made by hand and then tempered into safety glass.

We can make individual patterns and varied shapes on the surface of the glass using several different techniques. We can modify our basic designs, use your own design or design something for you.

With sandblasting; glass or a mirror can be blown to an even matt surface all over or patterns can be blown into it, also from a picture or logo supplied by the customer.

Artisan glasses that don’t have strong geometric pattern can be coated with colored film or we can also back paint the artisan glasses with the color of your choosing from RAL-color chart.

UV gluing enables invisible gluing in the manufacture of glass furniture.

With CNC- machining, you get a specially designed decorative glass for your project and the designs of the glasses can be made according to the customer's model, drawing or CAD image.

We can also finish our products with various edge work such as gloss edge grinding and facet grinding (only for mirrors) according to the customer's needs. Grinding can be done on both straight-edged and cut-to-shape glasses.

We can paint both aluminum and wooden profiles according to the RAL-color chart and in addition NCS colors.
