Sukuriamas viso komplekso šiaurės rytų sparną pradedantis objektas. Siekiama konceptualiai sujungti vidinę komplekso erdvę, sukurti erdvinį įėjimo kanalą į komplekso vidines erdves. Projektuojamas pastatas dalijamas į šiaurinį ir pietinį korpusus, turinčius bendrą pirmąjį aukštą. Tarp virš pastato pirmojo aukšto įrengiama patraukli perėjimo terasa. Sukuriama nauja erdvinė koncepcija projektuojamo pastato gretimybėse – šiaurės rytų ir pietvakarių sklypo dalyse greta pastato formuojami nedideli skverai su kon- ceptualaus dizaino gatvės baldų įranga ir augmenija, papildanti bendrą naujojo pastato koncepciją. Šie sprendimai leidžia užbaigti bendrą kvartalo užstatymo kompoziciją išvengiant nepatrauklaus uždarumo ir pabrėžti šiaurės rytų įėjimą į kompleksą.

The aim of this project is to create an object which could become a starting and dominating point in the northern east of this urbanized area. The inner area of the building complex serves as an entrance to the whole quarter of the buildings. Building has two blocks which join at and shares the first floor. The roof of the 1st floor between the two blocks becomes not only a terrace for the workers and visitors of a building, but also it serves as the pedestrian crossing area. The form and situation of the building itself creates two squares. As they are implemented by conceptually designed furniture and greenery, they strengthen the concept of the whole new building. The squares make building more open to the surroundings, attracts people and concentrate attention on the main entrance to the building.
