SET-UP FEES • First pole, one time set-up: $62.50 (G) per colour • Second pole, one time set-up: $31.25 (G) per colour • Each additional colour add $1.25 (G) per dozen • Second pole printing $2.50 (G) per dozen • FREE Set-up at 48 + dozen REPEAT ORDERS • All artwork and plates are retained for 24 months. Exact Logo repeat will not be charged set-up fees • Any changes to sizing or typesetting is not an Exact Logo repeat • If a previous order was done at the “Factory” and is now being done “In-House” a new set-up fee will apply • If a previous order was done “In-House” and is now being done at the “Factory” a new set-up fee will apply MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES • In-House minimum order 1 or 2 Colours: 12 dozen 3 or 4 Colours: 48 dozen 5 or 6 Colours: 96 dozen • Below minimum order, add $37.50 (G) per colour PRODUCTION TIME • In-House production time is 5-7 days (unless otherwise indicated in the product description) after artwork approval, and payment is received, if not on terms • Artwork approvals received after 11:00 am pacific time will be sent to production the next day RUSH CHARGES • Only available on In-House products • Orders requested to be shipped in less than 5 days are considered rush jobs • Additional charges of $2.50 (G) per dozen will apply on golf balls, and a $37.50(G) rush charge for golf promotional items • Minimum processing time for rush jobs is 3 business days, All order requirements must be completed by 11:00 am pacific time • Cure time for golf balls is 5 days, TMB will not be responsable if product is used before 5 days

ART APPROVAL • Proofs will be faxed or emailed for your approval to the e-mail address or fax number indicated on your purchase order • Exact Logo repeat orders do not receive a proof unless requested on your PO# • Proof confirmation will be sent within 48 hours or less • If any changes occur after approval a charge of $31.25 (G) will be added • That’s My Ball provides personalized proof sheets, simply provide us with your logo and we will create your very own personalized proof sheet • 1 free proof is supplied; all additional proofs / changes will be charged $12.50 (G) • Customer assumes responsibility for approving correctness of logo, PMS colours, ball type and or product type on the proof sheet LOGO SIZE • Please see below for details, we will resize artwork to make it look the best • The standard imprint position is the side of the ball indicated on your proof sheet • 1 pole logo is printed on the equator, 2 pole logos are printed on the North and South Pole COLOUR MATCHING • Please provide Pantone # with order • Customer assumes responsibility for supplying correct pantone number and approving the correct pantone number on the TMB supplied proof sheet • We can match any PMS colour, as close as possible, at no extra charge • A $12.50 (G) colour change charge will be added for switching colours on production runs SHIPPING • All In-House orders are FOB: Surrey, BC, CANADA • Customer assumes responsibility for orders once it has left our warehouse • If blind shipping required, Please note on purchase order North Pole

TERMS • For new clients, payment is required prior to production; your order will not go into production until payment has been received • After account applications are approved, net 30 day terms will be granted • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express • Discounts are not available when paying your account by credit card • A 50% deposit is required on orders exceeding $5,000.00 or more (before taxes)

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS • Film ready, original vector artwork to be supplied by customer • We accept artwork in the following formats: Adobe Illustrator (.AI / .EPS / .PDF) version CS3 or earlier CorelDraw (.CDR) version 12 or earlier • Please ensure all text has been converted to curves / outlines • Vector files are required, if supplying a Bitmap image (.j-peg / .tiff / .bmp) a minimum resolution of 600 DPI is required.
