ABOUT ME Lucas Carrascosa is a Spanish designer. His research is based on the areas of graphic arts and packaging. Lucas was born in Barcelona in 1992. From the beginning, he has had a great interest in design and art. He is also interested in the world of music; setting up a band where he plays the drums. At High School he graduated in elementary piano and harmony degree, and technology. While studying his 4 year degree at Elisava School of Design and
Engineering. He has been working in several studios such as Lilam, where he develops packaging projects and R2, carrying out graphic projects. He is a keen user of Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop. With a clear, clean and elegant style, he aims to make every design a unique one. INFORMATION Year 2013 Art Direction Subject
BRIEFING Create a new Lego product for a target more than 25 years.
PROJECT A special pack of Lego was devised which included: A stop-motion camera, chroma, guide and characters. This is a product that makes you the director of your own stories. Any madness is now possible. The campaign was carried out in media as opis, magazines and billboards. Three main charts were made. They have much in common: it is a

chroma background and floor in which different Lego characters star in various gags. Everything is homemade, because after the recording will go through postproduction. With this, the Lego world interaction with the real world is transmitted, your story can come alive.

BRIEFING Redesigning the range ‘perfect match’: Powerpolvo, Salt and Freshener Finish products maintaining most important brand values.
PROJECT The aim was to give the graphics a fresh and modern, effective and new aspect. Have remained the main colors of the previous design because the identity was deeply rooted in the brand. The graph of the 3 packs is based on a different transparencies with stripes that intersect; reflect the water and its purity,

care product on the dishwasher and effectiveness. The waves reflected dynamism, cleanliness and freshness. Depending on the product, the color tone is varied. For the Salt I used shades whiter, for Powerpolvo blue tones and for the Dresser I have combined yellows, greens and blues, as its aroma is citrus.

CUPCAKES INFORMATION Year 2013 Packaging Project Subject
BRIEFING Introduce a new product on the market using the egg as a main component.
PROJECT The egg would be traded in a pack for cooking cupcakes very easily. All the ingredients are in the packaging, the moulds also. The cupcakes are cooked in the microwave. In the graphics a mixture of pink and brown colours, representative of the pastry with yellow that is essential for the corporate brand image. The graphic evokes a happy, easy, quality activity. It’s a sweet package, without being charged, annoying or pompous. It is elegant while appealing. On each side is provided the necessary information, always following the same graph base, combined with pink colour and flags covering emerging form titles, nesting information. The plot rests on textured paintings.

POSTER
INFORMATION Year 2012 Graphic Design Project Subject
BRIEFING Design posters 2011-2012 edition of the Primavera Sound Music Festival.
PROJECT A full poster is created with leading artists, combining the three colours that form the other posters. I compose over three posters, each with a different artist, with different colours. The graph represents the sound waves emerging from the speaker, which form the different information about the artists. All the waves composition forms a vinyl record. Aligns the different information in different ways according to the artist: in the centre, left or right axis.

ZINK MANUAL INFORMATION Year 2012 Sketching and Calligraphy
BRIEFING Domain handwriting techniques: calligraphy, lettering and sketch techniques: illustration, sketching, color.
PROJECT SKETCH: To create a project must have an outline of ideas. For that, I have practiced with different techniques. These drawings help us to understand the idea. The goal is to make it possible sketches resemble objects or ideas in the shortest time possible. I used 3 colours thick pen: light gray, gray tones and strong orange.

CALLIGRAPHY: I have learned different techniques and uses of handwriting, models like: Nouland, Carolina and Italica. It has also been tested on different materials, inks and colour pens.
