Presentation of the concept Probably the most important event on leadership topics organized this year in Romania. With the participation of a series of renowned speakers: Adrian Florea, Andy Szekely, Lorand Soares-Szasz, Bogdan Comanescu and Eusebiu Burcas, all highly appreciated and loved by the participants in events and with a guest belonging to the speakers' international elite: Paul Martinelli who is at the same time the worldwide president of a leadership school bearing the name of the most read author of leadership books: John Maxwell. This is the John Maxwell Team.

The event, a marathon including extremely interesting presentations, hosted by the best speakers of the moment in Romania, with actual leadership related topics, which we believe will delight any person interested in developing his/her leader skills. The know-how transfer you will benefit from during this event is priceless, the topics chosen by the speakers are proposed by John Maxwell Team and are part of John Maxwell's style and teaching themes. The event is structured for one day and is divided into two parts:  

During the first part, the five top speakers in Romania will conduct a conference. During the second part, our special guest, Paul Martinelli, will continue the conference.

The event is designed in such a way to include two coffee breaks and a lunch break, and in the evening, a festive dinner will be organized for the top guests in the business environment, together with Paul Martinelli.

At the beginning of 2011, together with his good friend and business partner, Paul Martinelli, dr. John C. Maxwell, worldwide renowned author, with more than 60 books written in leadership and communication field, was laying the foundations of the first international leadership formation and certification program. The program was designed to include full trainings on leadership, coaching, sales, public speaking and marketing and to be available for any potential leader who shared the moral values which helped the two founders and many others alike to build strong teams during the past years by adding value to all people around them. As a speaker, professor and coach, Paul often shared the same stage with masters in the field of personal development, such as John Maxwell, Les Brown, Bob Burg, Carrie Wilkerson, Randy Gage, Bob Proctor, Wayne Dyer, Brian Tracy, Mark Victor Hansen and many others. Paul is one of the participating writers of the international best-seller "Beyond the Secret" together with Bob Procter, Mary Morrisey and Les Brown. This revealing work was subsequently translated into a successful movie played all around the world, becoming a true reference manual in the area of motivational documentations. Paul is the worldwide president of the global individual licensing program "John Maxwell Team", which implies the training and certification of all those interested in becoming successful trainers and speakers. History of Paul Martinelli After dropping the high-school at the beginning of 1980, Paul Martinelli was recruited by Guardian Angels to help protecting citizens day by day, against hooligans and criminals. Paul travelled to the United States with Sliwa to search for volunteers, unarmed patrols to protect the citizen's safety in difficult, urban neighbourhoods. Until the age of 22, Paul became the second most important man under the command of Guardian Angels. This leadership experience at such fresh age conferred upon Paul a solid foundation of courage and trust, which will propel him subsequently to achieve successes much more higher than the most of hi daring dreams.

In 1988, with USD 200 and a vacuum cleaner in hands, Paul started his own business, a cleaning company. Paul's personal and business life began to extend extremely when he started to study and apply in his life rules to increase the human potential. The creative ways to extend his business and to develop the human potential brought Paul one of the most prestigious distinctions awarded by Northwood University, "Arthur E. Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship". He sold his cleaning company in 2006 to become president of the company LifeSuccess Consultants. Paul's passion to develop the qualities of other people determined him to launch his own coaching, formation and speaking company. Today, Paul travels all around the world without interruption to speak about the importance of achieving one's own potential as well as about the development of each people's mind power to change one's life towards the desired direction. Adrian Florea Adrian is the founder of Trend Consult company and he holds currently the position of Managing Partner. A graduate of the Faculty of International Economical Relations, Adrian started his career in sales in 1993, in the field of fast moving consumer goods. During the period between 1998 until 2003, he worked for Reuters Romania, as Sales Manager. In this position, he got to know closely the bank market in Romania, the main category of customers being represented by the Treasury departments of banks in Romania and Moldova. During the last ten years, he developed and presented sales and personal development trainings, both for multinational companies and for Romanian firms. As of 2002, Adrian owns international certification as trainer in the field of sales and negotiations, being SPIN® licensed by Huthwaite International (UK), and as of 2004 in the field of experience learning by way of Eagle’s Flight (Canada) licenses. Together with Trend Consult, Adrian developed training and consultancy programs for customers such as A&D Pharma, BCR, BRD, Crowne Plaza, Farmexim, Hafele, Holcim, Honeywell, Inform Lycos, Microsoft, Orange Romania, Pepsi, Philips Romania, Rigips Romania, Siveco, Softwin, TechTeam, Unicredit, Vodafone Romania, Volvo, Wizrom.

Andy Szekely Accountant, journalist, event organizer, manager and entrepreneur. However, he gave up all these to teach businessmen how to prosper, and now he is trainer, author, coach and public speaker, with more than 11 years experience in training. He extensively used the LAB Profile tools for the sales, persuasion and coaching training sessions. He published his first neuro-linguistic programming book in Romania, "The Way to Success" and registered 5 audio educational CDs and 10 training manuals. Andy leads the group of companies AS and is founding member of the Alpha Leadership Foundation by which he provides training, coaching and consultancy services for organizations and entrepreneurs. He is also involved in the Boot Camp project for personal and professional development for adults. As NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer with double formation (2003 and 2006), Andy conducts programs for personal and professional development, in the form of open seminars or training sessions for companies.

Bogdan Comanescu He is the General Manager of Accelera, commercial developer, consultant and sales trainer. He has 20 years of national and international experience in sales, sales management and business commercial development. In the beginning of the '90, he had the first contact with entrepreneurship, as he owned a business in automotive field, and in '94 he worked with an Austrian company. Four years later, he entered the Accor group and, ever since, he has never left this company. In 2005, Bogdan Comanescu returned to entrepreneurship with the launching of Accelera in Romania. In 2000, the businessman felt the need for a strong change in his career. Among all activities, at worldwide level, of the Accor group, which comprises 4,000 companies, the entrepreneur chose to open an Accor subsidiary in Romania by way of Accor Academy, whose activity fascinated him ever since 1998.

Eusebiu Burcas Founder of Burcash – independent financial education program, Senior Consultant & Trainer. Graduate of the Faculty of Economic Science – Cluj, he started his first personal business in the second year of faculty. After graduating, he worked as broker on the capital market, then reaching the field of sales, becoming in short time sales manager. Initiator of successful projects in the field of online businesses (www.kestionare.ro, www.salesjobs.ro). Eusebiu is constantly concerned with the "development of the marketing and sales teams in the Romanian companies", he develops and delivers training programs on negotiation, consultative sales, strategic marketing, product management, etc. Among his customers, there are to be mentioned City Pharma, Beiersdorf, E.ON Gaz, EURO GSM, Relad Pharma, Safilar, Leo Burnett&Target. He is the author of numerous articles in specialty magazines, he is member of the Board of Directors of AMCOR, member of ISMM, AMA and HR Club.

Lorand Soares-Szasz He started as gardener and in less than 3 years he came to work for the largest company of Business Coaching in the world, as Business Development Manager. He won numerous awards, among which “European #1 Business Development Manager” within the company, by which his work and results were acknowledged. With the experience gained in business consultancy and with the knowledge luggage in the business field, he decided to establish the company Coaching4You, introducing the Business Coaching concept in Romania. He worked and still works with tens of successful companies, on mentoring programs. He organized more than 300 business seminars, at which more than 5000 businessmen participated. He worked with more than 100 companies on business coaching and mentoring programs. He organized more than 100 training sessions on Sales, Marketing, Communication, Customer Loyalty and Team, having as customers the most respected companies in Portugal and Romania.
