LA TECH SPORTS NETWORK

LA Tech Sports Properties begins its 13th year as part of the University’s athletic family and is in charge of the LA Tech Sports Network, which will cover every Bulldog baseball game this season. Every regular season, conference tournament and postseason contest will air live with a 15-minute pregame show and a postgame wrapup.

During the 2021 baseball season, the Diamond Dogs will air live on KNBB 97.7 FM (Ruston) or Skyview Z107.5 FM (Ruston). Dave Nitz begins his 46th year of calling Bulldog baseball games as the legendary “Voice of the Bulldogs.” Nitz has broadcast more than 2,000 Louisiana Tech sporting events since joining the University in 1974. He was named the 2009 Louisiana Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association. In three out of the last five years, he took home first place in the college radio play-by-play contest with his call of the LA Tech game. He was inducted into the Louisiana Tech Athletics Hall of Fame in October of 2011 and is now a Louisiana Sports Hall of Famer Class of 2019.
