What do you do to get inspired? I drive down to the beach where I bathe my body in the ocean, my skin heated from the sun rays where then my soul is content and at peace. From thereafter I take my camera, skate or walk around in rain or shine and people watch, observe the locals and snap away. What’s your ultimate goal in life? To be surround by people I love most and to say I’m not settling for the mediocre things, whether it be in adventures, coffee or sex, I want to look back and say I did what others thought I couldn’t do and have a fucken blast living my idea of what life should be. Whats next for Jaded Visuals? Creating a website and a photo series on tattoos I’ll shoot in polaroids. Obsession is an understatement on how much I love tattoos. I am creating this series to show diversity in art and design by photographing strangers or people I know, to get to know the story behind their ink. Not necessarily a big battle scar story but some with meanings or funny tales to share.

KALI MOVED TO EUROPE TWO YEARS AGO AND HAS BEEN ADVENTURING THROUGH EVERY TOWN AND CITY SINCE. SHE HAS SWAPPED THE SUNNY BEACHES OF NEWCASTLE IN AUSTRALIA FOR THE SNOW IN OSLO. Full name? Kali Brook Middleby Where are you based at the moment? Oslo, Norway Why did you move overseas? Because I am obsessed with pasta. Sounds silly but it is true. When I was in primary school I decided I wanted to live in Italy, and the travel plans kept developing from then on. What countries have you visited? England, Fiji, Bali, U.S, Cambodia, Morocco, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Greece, Croatia, Poland, and Norway. Where is your favourite place so far? It’s so hard to say, everywhere is different and I have had completely different experiences in each. My top 3 would have to be Portugal because of the incredible algarve coastline, unique architecture and delicious pastries; Mont Blanc for summer hiking adventures with the most impressive backdrops; and Berlin because it is has such a special vibe you have to be there to understand.
Craziest experience?
