Lily Collins InStyle magazine had the pleasure of sitting down with Lily Collins for an exclusive interview. We met her on the set of her new movie, “Love, Rosie”. Collins plays the part of the main character, Rosie. This romantic comedy is expected to be released in mid 2014. We asked Lily questions asked by you on www.instylemagazine.com.
What was your favorite movie to film? “My favorite movie to film was probably Abduction, since the cast and director were all amaizing. I also enjoyed the time we spent off camera and interviews.” What are your plans for the future? “I plan to continue acting and I hope to be on TV in the next few years and not only movies. I wanna see where life takes me.” What was your greatest highlight of 2013?” “Oh gosh, it was such a great year, but I would probably have to go with filming ‘Mortal Instruments: City of Bones.’ It was so much fun, and I got to meet very cool people!” Who do you look up to? “This will sound cheesy, but my mom. She keeps me grounded and is always there for me.” 2
Exclusive Interview Do you have any desire of perusing a music career? “Music has always been a big part of my life, but I don't think a Lily Collins album is coming out anytime soon. Maybe musicals.” Your new movie “The Mortal Instrument: City of Bones was recently released. Was it hard to do all the stunts you do in the movie?” “Oh yea, especially in 6-inch heels! I had to train for over six months, but never in the costumes, but it went fine after all.” Have you read all of “The Mortal Instrument” books? “Yes, I am a huge fan of the serie and I am so blessed to be playing Clary in the movies.” Thank you for being here today! “My pleasure!”

THE MORTAL INSTRUMENT: CITY OF BONES This Sci-Fi movie staring the lovely Lily Collins is the first of three. The action makes the movie extremely interesting and impossible to stop watching. Collins along with Jamie Campbell Bower guide us through this mysterious story. As well as adding a little bit of romance. The sequel is expected to be released in the end of 2014 or beginning of 2015. 5

2006 Sweet little Miley back in 2006. A little awkward, but very sweet. A cute dress with jeans underneath my look odd, but was perfect back then. Should this fashion make a comeback? Or should this Miley?
2007 Little red dress with some very simple accessories. Perfectly dressed for the AMAs. Cute and simple, as we liked her.

2009 Perfect hair, perfect outfit, perfect Milley. During Hannah Motana’s final seasons Miley rocked some long highlighted hair. Her waves from Party in the USA are still remembered and imitated today.
2010 Mileys best year, 2k10. With the release of Can’t Be Tamed. The critics hit Cyrus this year as she started to mature and come out of Disney. Hey dark locks gave her a more rocky look, just what she was going for,
2011 In 2011 she changed up her look. She went blonde for the first time and cut half her hair. Still enough for the Miley bun. She got very fashionable and came with a very rockyclassy look.

2012 One of Miley’s best looks. A beautiful yellow dress with a beautiful braid. Her glam team kept her makeup very simple but stunning. The dress has a bling out waist line that makes her body standout.
2012 The Hunger Games look. She went for a crop top watching her lace skirt. This was the first crop top she ever wore to an event, and wasn't the last… This was one of the few times the crop top didn’t look to trashy, it looked classy.
2012 Another very classic Miley look. This white dress with a sheer cleavage and the layered skirt is absolutely beautiful. Her hair in loose waves and of course, red stilettos.

2013 Here comes the haircut… The buzzcut that made all social medias crazy. After posting the first picture of her new style many hate tweets hit her. With her leather crop and baggy jeans, she looked ok. A picture is worth a thousand words.
2013 Revelation day. To the VMAs Miley wore black tights with black crop top and crazy buns. This outfit was a twerksation. As well as her performance to “We Can’t Stop.” Well Miley, you should stop.
2014 WOW! Too much skin out for this Miley Outfit. Not even a bra. This takes her to the other extremes of trashy.

KCP News Every Friday in Advisory period, students watch a school show. This news report is created by a group of STUCO students. They get informed about school events and upcoming things. The show used to be hosted by two middle schoolers, Lucas Tello and Mikeala Condren. Now, for second semester, they’ve added high school hosts as well. It will be interested to see what stories they cover this semester! The technology in the show is basic but organized. We get informed about events areound the world that are connected to Character Counts. The show is 20 minutes long, and every minute is better the the other! They have talked about movies, video games, international events and special holidays. They have done funny sketch and live shows. Every week we can expect a different and original show.
