Built in 1565, the Royal Exchange boasts remarkable architecture and iconic status. The venue with it’s vaulted glass atrium is the perfect space for stand-up receptions for up to 800 guests and sit-down dinners for up to 300. The Atrium Restored to it’s orginal grandeur in 2001, the center courtyard rises up three stories to it’s glass vaulted ceiling. Chef Paul Didiot’s appointment as Executive Chef is a significant step forward in bringing the Beekman Catering culinary philosophy into practice.
