Our furniture is exceptionally low-maintenance but requires occasional cleaning and care. In addition to hosing off saltwater on exposed metals and EnviroWood, ensure Outdoor Fabrics are free of dirt, grime, and mildew by cleaning them occasionally. Seaside Casual Furniture produces specially formulated cleaning products that help to keep your outdoor furniture beautiful and lasting longer (available exclusively through Seaside Casual authorized dealers).

MultiClean® Outdoor Furniture and Fabric Cleaner [C699911]
Multi-Use Formula With PTFE
Specially formulated for both EnviroWood outdoor furniture and fabrics, MultiClean is the recommended cleaner for all cushions and pillows from the Seaside Casual catalog. In addition to its cleaning properties, MultiClean also contains PTFE, a compound that adds a protective seal to outdoor surfaces.

Heavy Duty Formula With Mildew Stain Remover
This cleanser removes tough stains from EnviroWood and other outdoor furniture. This all-surface cleaner is ideal for the most challenging dirt and mildew stains and helps maintain the beauty of Seaside Casual Furniture.
Seaside Casual offers a limited warranty (for regular use) against the structural failure of EnviroWood Furniture for up to 20 years for residential use and up to five years for commercial use (both warranties are from the date of purchase*). We further warranty our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and production for up to one year from the date of purchase. At its discretion, Seaside will repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product (if discontinued) at no charge. We will not issue cash refunds. This warranty does not cover shipping and handling costs. EnviroWood, although highly durable to the elements, may fade when exposed to direct sunlight, and some elements may cause staining of the furniture surface. This warranty does not cover fading or staining. This warranty applies to EnviroWood Furniture manufactured after January 1, 1999, and applies to the original purchaser only.

The warranty covers the finish on exposed Powder-Coated Aluminum Frames for three years from the purchase date, protecting against peeling, cracking, or blistering*. This warranty does not cover blistering and oxidation of finishes due to damage caused by scratches, dents, power washing, or dings. Please note that this warranty does not cover product failures caused by acts of God, accidents, neglect, abuse, or improper shipping or handling. Failure to adhere to our care and maintenance instructions will void the warranty.
COMMERCIAL LINERS —1-Year Limited Warranty
Commercial liners are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase* for residential and commercial use. In no event shall Seaside Casual be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including damage to any plants.
STAINLESS STEEL FASTENERS
20-Year Residential and 5-Year Commercial Limited Warranty
Stainless steel fasteners are guaranteed not to fail structurally for up to 20 years for residential use and five years for commercial use from the date of purchase*. Stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions if not maintained as outlined under the “EnviroWood Care and Maintenance” section. This warranty does not cover rusting hardware or structural failure due to rusting hardware.
CUSHIONS AND PILLOWS —1-Year Limited Warranty
Cushions are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for one year for residential and commercial use from the date of purchase*. This warranty does not cover the compression of cushions. Although our cushions are water resistant, they are not waterproof and will absorb water in certain conditions. We advise that you shelter cushions in rainy conditions to avoid extended drying times. Please note that this warranty does not cover product failures caused by acts of God, accidents, neglect, abuse, or improper shipping or handling. Failure to adhere to our care and maintenance instructions will void the warranty.
WOVEN COMPONENTS —3-Year Limited Warranty
Seaside Casual warrants that under regular use and proper care, Resin Wicker, Nylon Rope, and Synthetic Hyacinth products are designed to withstand fading, weathering, and aging for three years from the date of purchase*. Color pigmentation can affect the color consistency of Resin Wicker products, so there may be slight color variations between production batches that do not fall under warranty consideration. Please note that this warranty does not cover product failures caused by acts of God, accidents, neglect, abuse, or improper shipping or handling. Failure to adhere to our care and maintenance instructions will void the warranty.
FIRE PIT TABLE COMPONENTS

EnviroWood is a sustainable material made from recycled plastic bottles, enhanced with UV-stabilized pigments to capture the look of painted wood without the need for a high level of maintenance. Marine Grade Polymer (MGP) is a comparable material crafted from denser high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its added rigidity enables the creation of slimmer, more contemporary profiles ideal for modern designs.

EnviroWood offers a range of standard colors and premium, textured wood-tone colors for a natural appearance, highlighted by a unique wood grain pattern. These products are made from recycled HDPE and are built to endure harsh outdoor conditions with minimal maintenance.

Now, it is easy to create unique color combinations for many of our most popular items: mix and match frame and slat colors using any EnviroWood color selections available for that product. Order using frame/base color code followed by slat/ top code and the product SKU to create a 7-digit code. 2-Tone items are made to order and usually ship in a single box.
Fusion
Flexible, fast, and fun, fusion provides ease of customization with various color and material selections. Feel free to mix and match All-Weather Woven and EnviroWood slats, panels, or tops with aluminum and EnviroWood frames by simply selecting a color/material option for each frame/base, then slat/top/panel followed by the product SKU to create a 7-digit code for easy ordering. We ship fusion items in two boxes.
A Commitment to Sustainability and Growth
Our twelve-acre, 100,000-square-foot facility provides the template for sound environmental stewardship. We have reduced and reclaimed thousands of tons of corrugated cardboard, wood debris, and other recyclable material previously moved into the waste stream. We also work on efficiencies that have dropped our utility consumption by double digits and continue to work on responsible energy conservation.
EnviroWood is made from high-quality recycled HDPE. This unique material is primarily sourced from milk jugs and bottles, which helps reduce solid waste in landfills. With the strength and sustainability of recycled plastic and the beauty of natural wood, EnviroWood is one of the most durable, maintenance-free, and environmentally friendly materials for outdoor furniture.
Every piece of furniture that we offer begins on the design table at our family-owned Rhode Island facility. All of the raw materials that we use to create our award-winning designs are machined, assembled, processed, packaged, and shipped by our team from our warehouse in Coventry, RI.
We stand firmly behind our “Made in Rhode Island” roots, including our continuing efforts to source our materials from within the USA as much as possible; however, some of the items we design require components that aren’t readily available from domestic suppliers. Choosing the right style and grade of fabric best suited to the space can be daunting. Our fitted cushions utilize materials from Sunbrella, Outdura, or Tempotest, leading brands in outdoor performance fabrics. These fabrics are stain, fade, and water resistant, making them durable and beautiful. Choose from hundreds of patterns and materials, or use our Customer’s Own Material (COM) options to make it your own.

Our lumber is milled and routed to simulate the look and feel often found in traditional wood furniture. The joints are secured using mortise and tenon joinery with precise CNC machinery milling on edges and corners. This results in a quality usually applied to interior furniture.

Not all stainless steel fasteners are created equal. Low-grade stainless or painted components quickly corrode in harsh coastal environments. We use marine-grade stainless steel (316) to ensure superior protection when exposed to the elements.
