Phase I : Discover

We research your candidate market across all locations, candidates old and new, what works what doesnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t - what do your competitors do? We paint a picture of the whole external landscape.

Phase II : Analyse Insight

We apply this research to your brand development - where are you now - and where do you want to be? We create a tone of voice, brand identity concepts, look and feel, brand assets as a direct result of this analysis. We also prepare a high level strategy for deployment.

Phase III : Create

We present back initial creative, including brand identity concepts and direction. We listen to your feedback and refine.

Phase IIII : Implementation / Deliver brand

Upon approval we then develop and refine your employer brand identity. We deliver the employer brand with clear guidelines for you and your teams to follow. We worked across a few recruitment projects for Regus – since working with us - they have more applications and better candidates applying to work there - thanks to our work.

ATS configuration. Regus were implementing a new ATS – ‘an off the shelf’ product with little branding. We needed to align the tone, layout and candidate comms to the new recruitment brand – and deliver a joined up candidate experience Using the basic ATS layout – we populated the application pages with images to look like the new careers pages and used language that felt human – not system generated. We delivered a consistent experience to the candidate from careers site to ATS. We wrote and configured (within the ATS) all the candidate comms – mainly emails notifications - making sure they looked and felt human and were easy to follow. Contact us Peters-Fox Ltd
