Here at Lavender Blue Events we specialise in creating wonderful weddings using beautiful flowers and foliages naturally. We are not ‘just a wedding florist’ we work with our couples from the very beginning from initial ideas through to set up on the ‘big day’ itself. We work quietly in the background to ensure your day goes without a hitch and you can relax knowing that when you walk up the Aisle and into your reception you will get the look that you dreamed of. We design everything for you from your flowers to your venue decoration, supplying everything from chair covers and sashes to t-lights. If we haven’t got it we will find it for you!
Planning Organising your wedding flowers can seem daunting but with our imagination and enthusiasm, we’ll make the planning stages seem exciting and fun. Consultations are arranged at either our Studio or your Venue, in relaxed surroundings we build up a picture of your wedding. We invite you to browse through our exciting portfolios as well as the latest wedding publications and offer design ideas to suit your budget. We welcome your own thoughts and ideas and enjoy discovering your particular taste and sense of style. Whether you lean towards the romance of a loosely tied bouquet of scented roses or prefer the minimal impact of the Phalaenopsis orchid, flowers say a lot about you. We will help you choose with care, tying together a unique look and creating an ambience which sums up the mood of your special day.
The Big Day On the big day you want to feel confident and relaxed. We take only one large wedding booking per day which ensures that you and your flowers receive our full attention. This allows us to be flexible and available when you need us. Having worked at or visited your wedding and reception venues in advance, we can be certain of every detail. All your flowers will be designed to create the maximum impact. Our aim is to delight you and your guests and make your wedding dreams come true.
Venue Dressing At Lavender Blue we provide a full Venue Dressing service, can provide all the items you need for your wedding from Chair Covers to T-Lights, if we haven’t got it we will find it for you! Here is a small selection of our items for hire.

What to consider when using a Marquee Marquee Weddings are beautiful in Summer when the weather is wonderful, and here at Lavender Blue we love decorating Marquees as they are such a blank canvas. First things to consider are the size of the marquee and the Height, also stability of the floor is very important when having large designs on the tables.
