Essential Oil Safety • AVOID THE EYES • IF YOU DO GET OIL IN YOUR EYE, USE A CARRIER OIL FOR RELIEF. DO NOT USE WATER! • IF AN ESSENTIAL OIL FEELS HOT TO THE SKIN, IMMEDIATELY APPLY A CARRIER OIL ON THE AREA FOR RELIEF • PREGNANT WOMEN, EPILEPTICS, AND THOSE WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SHOULD CONSULT THEIR DOCTORS AS THERE ARE A FEW OILS THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED. • CITRUS OILS ARE PHOTOSENSITIVE, SO IF APPLIED TOPICALLY, AVOID BEING IN THE SUN FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.
CARRIER OILS Carrier oils are perfect for diluting especially strong essential oils—reducing the concentration of the essential oil without altering its therapeutic qualities. . COCONUT OIL • JOJOBA OIL • OLIVE OIL
CHILDREN • When using on children, always dilute with a carrier oil. • Avoid using Peppermint, Rosemary, Sage or Eucalyptus under the age of 5 and Wintergreen under the age of 12. If previously applied or exposed to child, with no reaction, you may choose to continue to use the oil.
PETS • Never leave an animal trapped in a room with a diffuser running. Your animal needs to feel comfortable to leave the room if it is feeling the need. • Avoid high phenol oils such as Oregano, Thyme, Wintergreen, and Clove. • Avoid Citrus oils around cats. • Observe how your pet responds to new oils.
CLEANING YOUR DIFFUSER Pour a mix of WHITE VINEGAR and water into your diffuser to soak. (Avoid letting the motor touch water) Let the top cone soak in the same mixture. Use RUBBING ALCOHOL and a Q-tip to wipe the sensor clean. You can also use Thieves Household Cleaner sprayed in the inside of the diffuser to clean. Wipe clean.

Roller Blends Using roller blends are a great way to use your oils and help make them last longer.
RATIO•FOR•DIFFERENT•AGES When making a roller blend, please keep in mind that you will need different ratios depending on if the roller bottle is for an adult, a child, or a baby. For a 10ml bottle, a good rule to follow is: 3 - 24 months: 1.5 drops of oil 2 - 6 years: 3-6 drops of oil 6 - 15 years: 4.5 - 9 drops of oil 15+ years: 7.5 - 15 drops of oil
HOW•TO • Put in your oils that you are using • Top the remaining of the bottle with whatever carrier oil you have chosen to use • Put the roller lid on tightly • Tip it upside to make sure the oils are mixed in well with the carrier oil and roll wherever you need the oil
