Each State is different. WA Real estate Agents prepare Contract for Sale of Land by Offer and Acceptance. If a delay occurs (exceeding 3 Business days of scheduled date, the party responsible for the delay is due to pay compensation.

The purchasers Conveyancer must perform all searches, including those related to title, easements and conveyance, municipal rates, government, land tax and bankruptcy. Once search complete, conveyancer should give written notice of the satisfaction of any conditional clauses.
