Life as a University of Idaho Law Student The campus enjoys an enrollment of around 12,000 undergraduates and close to 2,000 graduate students. Costs and Fees Associated with Idaho College of Law For Idaho residents, tuition is around $13,000 a year and for those who do not reside in Idaho, it’s just over $24,500. Room and board is just over $9,300 per year and a student can expect to pay around $1,500 for books and supplies. Another $5,000 covers miscellaneous and transportation costs. This totals to around $41,000 for non-residents and $29,500 for Idaho residents. Scholarship Availability The College of Law has several scholarships that each applicant is automatically considered for upon application submission. There are scholarships that cover the tuition in its entirety as well as several other limited scholarships that awarded based on academic achievements and the needs of the student. Further, the school also maintains a list of more than 615 external funding options that are typically sponsored by community foundations, bar associations and various law firms. Financial Aid Assistance The school’s website offers online applications for those wishing to apply for financial aid through the Office of Student Financial Aid Services.
