project: The Yards at Fort Rouge redesign (2014) my role: Urban Designer. Revisions to design and masterplan,contributions to infrastructure and financing studies, negotiations with governments, utilities, consultants, on Winnipeg’s first Transit Oriented Development.
project: The Yards at Fort Rouge redesign (2014) The Yards incorporated a geothermal district heating system developed as a private utility; our re-design accommodated this existing infrastructure.
