HOW WE HIT THE ROAD

THIS SUMMER!

THE FISHER FAMILY of Gahanna, Ohio, hit the road this summer in their new Nissan NV Passenger van for some quality family time and serious adventurous fun. With camping gear, bikes, life jackets, and other road trip essentials, this family of six fi nally had enough space for the road trip of their dreams! Here’s what they had to say:

As a family of six, our most recent challenge on family vacations has been cargo space.* We’ve always had enough room for the essentials, but when you start adding the extras, that space gets tight. We appreciate the extra space that the NV o ers. ”

Our vacation started at a cabin by a lake on the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, near the straights of Mackinaw. We needed life jackets for kayaking, bikes for Mackinac Island, and food for the whole week.”

Since our NV has a hitch receiver (optional feature), we bought a cargo/bike rack. We loaded four bikes on the cargo rack and put the other two in the van.* We were very excited that we were able to bring our bikes with us on this vacation.”

We had a great week at our lakeside cabin. We were even able to take a number of day trips during the week in our Nissan NV Passenger van, including a stop at Mackinac Island State Park. We went on the longest bike ride our family has ever taken, and all the children did an excellent job!”
