one of the biggest trends in the alcohol world right now is skipping the alcohol altogether—and nonalcoholic wines are the latest proof. Sales of the drink on the alcohol delivery service Drizly soared nearly 300 percent in the past year. Improved taste is a big part of the surge: The technology for removing alcohol from wine is better than ever, allowing winemakers to create hyperrealistic versions of popular blends.
