Thai Chicken Dish with Peanut Butter Bliss Ingredients:
6 pieces of boneless skinless thighs or breasts 1/2 can of coconut milk 1 jar of Peanut Butter Bliss 1 tablespoon of sriracha or any chili sauce you prefer 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, 1 cup of broccoli florets 3 green onions finely chopped. 1 tsp of red pepper flakes Salt and Pepper to taste
In a bowl whisk together coconut milk, peanut butter, sriracha, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper. Pre-cook chicken by boiling for 7-10 minutes (until done). Put chicken, broccoli onions in casserole dish with a lid, pour sauce over all the ingredients and bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Serve with rice, sweet potatoes or as is.

Chia Peanut Butter Bliss Smoothie Ingredients:
1 cup of Coconut Milk 1 Banana 3 -4 tables spoons of Chia Seed Peanut butter Bliss Ice or water for desired consistency Honey to drizzle on top
Put all ingredients in your favorite blender or mixer. Enjoy.
Easy Gluten Free Peanut Butter Bliss Cookies Ingredients:
1 cup of Chia Cinnamon Peanut Butter Bliss (All flavors work) 1 cup of Organic Sugar or Coconut Sugar 1 egg 1 tsp of baking soda,
Mix ingredients together, roll in to small sized balls, roll ball in sugar and press down with fork on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 6 minutes, let cool for 3 more minutes on cookie sheet, yields approx. 24 cookies. Serve and eat when cooled.

We took roasted Northwest hazelnuts, ground together with "My Local Honey," sunflower oil and sea salt and created the perfect blend of sweet and savory.
Hazelnut Butter Baked Pears. Serves 4 2 Large Pears, slice in half and seeds removed. 1 tablespoon lemon juice 4 Tablespoons of Hazelnut Butter Bliss 1-2 tablespoons honey Heat oven to 375 On work surface, drizzle the cut pears with the lemon juice. Divide the hazelnut butter between the 4 pear cavities. Drizzle with the honey. Bake until tender 25-35 minutes. If the butter begins to brown too much, cover loosely with foil.
