The project’s very name has been derived from the site’s location context. The project location is adjacent Rapti Peace Park, which is situated in Dang, Tulsipur, in the western region of Nepal

The client being young entrepreneur believes in the aesthetic and authenticity of well planned and yet low budgeted project. So with this motive we planned simple, livable and functional plans. Shade of material we used in this project will change over time with continuous weathering effect which will age elegantly. Curtain plants including other plants are planted in best possible spots to induce ultimate sense of relaxation to the dwellers. On the east facing wall of master bed room, we used brick exposed wall with interesting brick pattern which is the point of focus in this house.

The rhythmic pattern is generated by extending all header face of brick out by 1 inch (as shown in figure above) and altering in the position of header face in each of the layers. Pattern itself looks interesting and moreover the shadow of tiny projection of header face on the wall creates dramatic scene over the movement of the sun throughout day.
