Lambton County Library has partnered with the Sarnia School of Archery to offer 1-hour events where you will learn how to use a bow and arrow, and practice hitting that bullseye! Experienced staff from the Sarnia School of Archery will go through everything you need to know: the different bows, the gear, the steps to shoot an arrow, and most importantly - how to use a bow and arrow safely!

Explore different art-making techniques, inspired by themes and topics related to “Still Life,” by Louise Penny. Participants will work with a variety of mediums: painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture, etc. Open to all skill levels.

Hunting Rights and Responsibilities

Whether this is your first hunting season or you’re a seasoned hunter, it’s important to keep current on your rights and responsibilities. A Conservation Officer from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry will join us to discuss hunting methods, restrictions and safety within the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act.
