BIGBEN SUPERCLAD PRINTED SCAFFOLD SHEETING
Digitally printed scaffold sheeting with Fire Retardant ink and printing process which is certified to the Fire Retardant Loss Prevention Standard (LPS) 1215*. Scaffold sheeting digitally printed provides you with the opportunity to wrap any building, site, fencing or hoarding with a highly visible message. Full colour photos, images and text can be mixed and printed up to nearly 3mtrs high and 39mtrs long depending on the size of sheeting chosen.
The BIGBEN® Superclad® sheeting which is manufactured using a strong reinforced multifilament polyester grid, laminated on both sides with a waterproof LDPE. BIGBEN® Superclad® sheeting is available in non Fire Retardant and Fire Retardant certified to LPS1215. The print has exceptional all weather performance and UV qualities and will normally last at least 6 months, maximising your investment Choosing the correct grade scaffold sheeting for your project is important. BIGBEN® Superclad® Scaffold Sheeting should typically be fixed to the scaffolding horizontally with a recommended fixing pattern of one BIGBEN® Toggle Tie per m2. However any fixing must be placed according to your calculations for each project.
FOR WEATHER PROTECTION If the prime purpose is to protect personnel against wind and rain, we recommend the upper sheets overlap the lower sheets externally to ensure rain runs down the outside of the sheeting. FOR CONTAINMENT If the prime purpose is to protect the surrounding area from the impact of demolition, we recommend the upper sheets overlap the lower sheets internally to contain debris within the sheeting. SCAFFOLDING DESIGN & INSTALLATION When scaffold sheeting is to be installed, the structure must be designed to all relevant BS standards & codes of practice to accommodate the increase in wind loadings. Guidance should always be obtained by a qualified scaffold designer, or structural engineer before any sheeting is installed, and not before a full risk assessment has been carried out. Only qualified Scaffolders should undertake the installation of scaffold sheeting. The print has exceptional all weather performance and UV qualities and will normally last at least 6 months, maximising your investment. Digital printing allows you to wrap any building in a powerful, highly visible message - often used to promote your company or marketing message. Full colour photos, images and text can be mixed and printed up to nearly 3mtrs high and 39mtrs long depending on the size of sheeting chosen.
