Flex Space • The flex space is located in the opposite end of the building from the engine development area. It consists of two rooms divided by a power assisted door. • These rooms can be used as two separate rooms areas, one 20’x40’ and one 30’x40’, providing a connection by raising the 12’ x 14’ door, providing an overall length of 80’. • The 30’x40’ space also has a 632 square foot mezzanine storage area accessible either by stairs or forklift via a power assisted overhead door.
