As of today we no longer have a league presence in Snooker’s - Utica. Roosevelt’s of Sterling Heights is now hosting the players from Snookers’. Thank you Roosevelt’s, we look forward to a long and healthy relationship!
Snookers’ Week 2 Table 1 hosted #6 Ray Ressler vs #2 Walter Wnuk. The 8-ball set saw Walter and Ray go back and forth until Ray won game 7 to win the set 4-3. Walter started the 9-ball set with a nine on the break to win rack 1. Walter won rack 2 with a 1-9 combo. Ray won rack 3. Walter won rack 4 with a 2-9 combo and rack 5 to win the set 4-1. Walter won rack 1 of the 10-ball set. Ray fought back and won rack 2. Walter won rack 3. Ray won rack 4. Walter won racks 5 and 6 to win the set 4-2. Walter won the match 13-8. Good shooting by Walter and a good showing by Ray! Table 2 hosted #5 Peter Ramonat vs #3 Jim Pellerito. Peter started the 8-ball set strong, winning games 1 and 2. Jim fought back to win game 3. Peter won game 4 to get to the hill first. Jim won racks 5 and 6 to tie Peter on the hill. Peter found a way to win game 7 to take the set 4-3. Peter started off the 9-ball set with a win in game 1. Jim found a win game 2. That would be all Jim could do as Peter won games 3, 4 and 5 to win the set 4-1. Peter started the 10-ball set with a win in games 1 and 2. Jim would take game 3. Peter came right back to win games 4 and 5 to win the set 4-1. Peter won the match 15-5. Great shooting by Peter and a good effort by Jim! Table 3 hosted #1 Todd Cook vs Dave Javorski. Dave started off the 8-ball set with a win in game 1. Todd took game 2. Dave fought back and won game 3. Todd turned on the heat and won the next 3 games in a row to win the set 4-2. Todd started off the 9-ball set with a win in games 1 and 2. Dave won game 3. Todd fought back and won game 4 to get to the hill first. Dave came back strong and won games 5, 6 and 7 to win the set 4-3. Dave was still hot going into the 10-ball set as he won game 1. Out of

Dave and Buster’s Week 2 Make up games Table 7 hosted #6 Ray Ressler vs #13 Jim Pellerito. Ray came out on fire in the 8-ball set. Ray kept Jim in the chair as he won all 4 games to win the set 4-0 Ray continued to play well into the 9-ball set as he won game 1 with a 3-9 combo. Jim finally found a way to win against Ray and won games 2 and 3. Ray won games 4 and 5 to get on the hill first. Jim made it to the hill with a win in game 6. Ray found a 7-9 combo to win game 7 and the set 4-3. Ray started the 10-ball set with a win in games 1 and 2. Jim found a 10-ball on the break in game 3. He also won game 4. Ray fought back and won games 5 and 6 to win the set 4-2. Ray wins the match 15-5. Great shooting by Ray and a good effort by Jim! Table 1 hosted #6 Ray Ressler vs #11 John Killett. The 8-ball set saw Ray win game 1. John won games 2, 3 and 4 to get to the hill first. Ray fought back and won games 5 and 6 to meet John on the hill. John found a way to win rack 7 to win the set 4-3. Ray started the 9-ball set with a win in games 1 and 2 which included a 4-9 combo. John took game 3 with a 5-9 combo. Ray came right back and won games 4 and 5 to win the set 4-1. The 10-ball set saw Ray come out strong again. He won games 1 and 2. John won game 3. Ray fought back to win game 4 to get on the hill first. John found ways to hold Ray off and won the last 3 games of the night to win the set 4-3. Ray and John tied 1111. Jim came right back and won games 3, 4 and 5 to close the set 4-1. Scott started the 9-ball set with a win in game 1. It was all Jim from there as he was able to hold off Scott for 4 game in a row to win the set 4-1. Scott was able to recover a little in the 10-ball set as he won game 1. Jim took game 2.
