PROJECTS
Interior Designer Freelance (2014-Present)
- Currently designing new furnishings plans, sourcing and purchasing for a high end residence in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. Includes living rooms and bedrooms for a 3,300 square foot home.
- Landscape design and drafting for mulitple residences. Currently working with clients and landscape construction company to design gardens and hardscape, draft construction documents, and create design presentations.
- Designed space plans and remodels for multiple residences, including kitchen, bathroom, flooring, windows, and furniture, working within a budget range between 40 and 150K.
- Kitchen design and furnishings plan for a rental home in Carlsbad, CA. Worked with clients to keep within a budget of 75K and focus on ROI.
Interior Designer Encinitas Remodel (2021)
- Completed a kitchen demo and remodel for clients with a budget of 125k.
- Created hand and computer drawings for floor plan, elevations, perspective views and custom cabinet design.
