I am a self-motivated individual seeking to expand my technical knowledge and broaden my subject exposure, and strongly believes that growing together is only means of human advancement. Urban order is all composed of movement and change, and although it is life, not art, we may fancifully call it the art form of the city and liken it to the dance - not to a simple-minded precision dance with everyone kicking up at the same time, but no an intricate ballet in which the individual dancers and ensemble all have distinctive parts which miraculously reinforce each other and compose an orderly whole. WAVE BREAKS OR WATERBREAKS Breakwaters are built offshore, parallel to the shoreline. The purpose of a breakwater is to lessen the impact of waves on the shore, much like a natural reef, and it needs not protrude from the water to do so
Before Water-breaks method ( Narrow beach/bank )
After Water-breaks method ( beach/bank filled up )
SHORTTERM: Better match between city and beach. Concentration in the center, less use in the rear
LONGTERM: Remove of administration, Army Urban zone in airport and along the river. Services for different groups of people. Intensive usage all over the line.

The complex of high-rise buildings with the main function is the apartment building, can combine with services. In particular, it is possible to arrange resettlement housing in combination with commercial houses, to ensure the quality of construction works and technical infrastructure as well as to diversify the population in a community. The building is arranged in accordance with climatic conditions (sun, wind), ensuring energy saving, such as the main structure of the long edge to turn north-south direction avoid direct sunlight on the building. and receive the wind from the sea, suitable for the climate in the area; The slim design or multiple ventilation slots maximize natural ventilation and ensures natural light into the space used in the building.
Thin blocks are better for light and ventilation
- The houses are arranged with the riverfront facade, creating more open space that can be arranged into public square spaces (extended sidewalks) combining services, amusement parks, relax for the people as well as tourists.

The new concept is an alchemy, where water and soil are politely a powerful place, a landscape that has been slowly emerging for hundreds of years Our idea relies heavily on the landscape, economic and social peculiarities of the territory, it imagines a long-term and sustainable strategy. Urban development continues by reinforcing the richness of the natural heritage and its singularity in an identity site.
